Herring roe
During the 1990s we started to produce this very typical and traditional item. The slightly salted eggs of herring, with their typical "crispy" bite, are the result of an ingenious process. Most of this product is exported to the Japanese market and is used as a very popular ingredient in salads and side dishes.
