Vikinger salmon sausage
Since 2009 Fiskano started to produce the Vikinger salmon sausage. The taste of the Vikinger, a mixture of wood-smoked salmon and spices, is unique. Vikinger salmon sausages are delicious, both warm and cold. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which makes the Vikinger a healthy product. The Vikinger is ready to eat, but all kinds of preparations - like cooking, grilling or pan-frying - can be done in a few minutes.
