The slightly salted eggs of the herring, with their typical “crispy” bite, are the result of an ingenious process. Every year our staff visits the factory for monitoring the production and to make sure no mistakes are made as this process is delicate and requires experience which was build up over the last 20 years. This product is used as a popular ingredient in salads, sushi and side dishes.
